Online Coaching is one of our most popular training methods.
This platform utilizes our online coaching software and Compass Performance App, to
coach you from a distance. Always staying in contact and ensuring you get the best results possible!

Online Coaching is perfect for those that are unable to attend regular Personal Training Sessions, or, are looking for a more affordable coaching option.
Online coaching
 still offers customised programming to meet everyone's individual goals, and customised nutritional guidance to support these goals.
You'll be required to do a virtual OR in-person (ClubLime Tugg) Check In every week. This allows us to continuously monitor and update your training throughout your current phase. This also allows you to ask any questions or advice that you may need, giving ongoing support. Check In's can last anywhere from 20min to 40min, depending on the needs of that particular Check In.
