For those that are more experienced in their lifting journey, Project Athlete is our newest training platform.
Whilst not as involved as on-going coaching, Project Athlete gives you access to elite workout programming, and the Compass Performance App. This will allow you to receive, track and progress the Project Athlete Workout Programming. These programs will be updated every 10-12 weeks to keep you up with my own training.
If you decide to join the Project Athlete Platform, you'll be getting access to MY OWN current workout programming. These program phases always have a strength and hypertrophy focus, although sometimes integrate aspects of Functional Training, HIIT, Calisthenics and more.
Designed to push our bodies to the absolute limit, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED those wishing to take part have a minimum 3 years lifting and workout experience.
