FACE-2-FACE COACHING

Also called HYBRID COACHING, this is our premium service.
Offering our Online Training Platform, in combination with two Face-2-Face 50minute Personal Training Sessions per week. Allowing us to give you the best quality service, constantly tracking your progression and achieving the best results possible!

Hybrid Coaching is our most intensive coaching platform.
Offering two 50 minute Personal Training sessions every week, this allows us to go into great depths with form, technique and overall progression. During these sessions, depending on your current experience, we will gradually progress you into move advanced lifts and training styles to reach your individual goals. 
These sessions also give us plenty of time to discuss your training, and answer all your training and nutritional questions. The Hybrid Platform still uses our Compass 
Performance App, which allows you to receive your programming, track your sessions, schedule upcoming workouts, and check in on progressions and assessments overtime.
If you're looking to get the most out of your coaching experience, this is the platform we recommend. Especially for beginner/intermediate gym experience, as we can give you the most support possible.
